I understand how important this is for classroom management. Setting standards, getting to know the students, creating routine. Establishing the Environment prevents poor behaviour.

Asking lots of questions to my prac teacher, observing different teachers and their lessons
Discovering new instructional methods and carrying these out. Sending all my lesson plans through for feedback
I have already discussed with my prac teacher the bump continuum , establishing learning environments and preventing poor behaviors. My prac school values this highly and I will be required to carry this out.. .
I am going to carry out a number of assessments and keep track of learning
Practice lessons with small group of friends
Simlab- Will practice classroom management heavily in next session, as I get some tricky students
