People also at risk are those whose immune systems are weekend from medical conditions like diabetes, liver or kidney diseases.If having long term salmonella it can lead to gallbladder or colorectal cancer and can increase the risk of immune related diseases like arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease
some symptoms are skin infections, bone infections, food poisoning and toxic shock syndrome
Staphylococcus is a gram-positive bacteria. This is a foodbourne illness that can be caused by a cut in your skin and bacteria getting into the skin. This foodbourne illness can also be carried on the skin or nose but will not cause an infection unless it has a way to get into the body by a cut or wound. This is a foodbourne illness the† can spreed from person to person.
Staphylococcus is most commonly caused by by bacteria getting into ones skin from something like a cut, that can lead to a skin infection.

There are different strands of staphylococcus that can lead to worse symptoms. An example could be staphylococcus aureus which can cause serious infections like bloodstream infections, pneumonia or bone and joint infections

A risk that you can get if having listeria could be getting a bad virus of it that could lead to developing a brain infection or it could cause blood poisoning, which could be fatal.
Some causes and sources for botulinum could be Not canning items properly, dents in canned foods and can be found in fruits, vegetables and seafood
Some symptoms for botulinum could be having difficulty swallowing, having muscle weakness, seeing double vision and having difficulty breathing.
Botulinum is a bacteria that produces dangerous toxins which block nerve functions. Botulinum can also potentially be a fatal disease, but is pretty rare compared to the other foodbourne illnesses
Some of the risks are that botulinum is one of the more fatal foodbourne illnesses because it has a higher percent chance of the disease being fatal ranging from 5-10%

One of the most common symptoms of Clostridium is watery diarrhea. Other symptoms can range from nashua, vommiting, abdominal pains and a fever.

some risk with this illness is that it can happen suddenly within the day of having the food with the bacteria in it. There aren't many risks other than having diarrhea or feeling noshes for 24-48 hours.
Clostridium Perfringens is a foodbourne illness that causes diarrhea and stomach pains. This is a less intense foodbourne illness as it only last 24-48 hours
