The Human Person is a CORPOREAL (body) and SPIRITUAL (soul) being created in the image of God from the dust and the breath of life soul from God. Combining both body and soul creates an embodied, incarnated, and integrated spirit.
Body - physical, organs, senses
Soul - mind, will, emotion
Spirit - conscience, faith, supernatural senses
Philosophy: Becoming like Christ. To achieve integrity (body & soul), love God above all and love your neighbors as yourself.
THe main goal of a human person is to REACH HEAVEN. In the separation, the body ROTS while the soul enters JUDGEMENT. Enter either Heaven, Hell, or Purgatory.
Hell - absolute separation & absence of God
Heaven - everlasting love and presence of God
Purgatory - condition of further purification
IMAGO DEI = "Image of God." This is a purpose and calling from God, as we are His image bearers and stewards on Earth.
The Three Gifts given by God are: Sanctifying grace (friends of God), immortality (no death), and free will (freedom to choose).
The Fall of Man: FROM PERFECTION TO SIN. Due to the failed test of the Tree of Knowledge, the first two since committed were: pride (be like God) and disobedience (refusing God's command)
THe harmony of Man=Woman=Creation was ruined. Out of the three gifts of God, only free will remained (God never forces anyone to follow Him).
Man = pain of labor & death
Woman = pain of childbirth & submission
While Freedom is the ability to act on reason and will, Radical Freedom is the freedom with consequence.
Reparation for the sins we committed. We seek forgiveness to console God. through prayer and sacrifice.

Moral - aware, did good
Immoral - aware, did not good
Amoral - not aware, did something
