What is it?
physical reaction to a persons emotions
Symptoms of stress
Physical: inceased heart rate or blood pressure, shortness of breath etc.
emotional: hostility, mood swings, etc.
behavior: binge or reduced eating, substance abuse, bad sleep schede.
cognitive: negative outlook, dissociation

stress can lead to:
depression
anxiety
sleep disorders
substance misuse
muscle pain
How to manage stress
get enough sleep
eat well
exercise regularly
don't rely on stimulants
set realistic expectations
avoid procrastinating
identify a stress outlet

living among strangers

all in all, stress is unavoidable and none of the solutions actually work (all have been tested(by me))
