        Exercise - Zone 2(3-4 hours a week)
        
        Enough Sleep
      - Be careful not to overshoot. Light headednes can lead to injury
      - Leads to kidney issues
    - - Chemically causes damage to the blood vessel walls. Cigarette or joint do the same damage. Joints are typically not smoked as much though
      - Vaping should be grouped in this category, although not as much damage
      - PREVENTION: Don't Smoke
    - - Attached to LDL's
      - Dietary Cholesterol is excreted almost entirely thru the GI track.
      - All hormones are made from Cholesterol
      - < 60 mg/dl (30-40 is what children have)
      - PREVENTION:
        
        Fix Insulin Resistance
        
        Trig should be between your HDL(40 for me) and double hdl(80 for me). Double is still considered very high
        
        Most Easily accomplished thru carbohydrate restriction
        
        Any Energy Restriction will help as well. Calorie restriction
        
        Exercise will help with Insulin but doesn't seem to help much with lipids
