Why you should define your fears instead of your goals

Defining ones fears

Visualizing the worst case scenarios we fear that prevents us from taking actions, in detail
defining and visualizing ones fear helps us take action in preventing and overcoming the fears.
Fear-setting
written exercise in the form of a list, similar to goal setting
(Define) a list of things we fear or the wost things that could happen in a situation
(Prevent) a list of what could we do to prevent the worst case scenario from happening
(repair) a list of what can we do to solve the worst case scenario if it happens
Think of the benefits of an attempt or partial success

Hard choices are things that we most fear doing. Most of the time, those hard choices are the choices we need to do.
