Sacred image, Candle flame, Divine presence within you.

During dhyana, you remain as a meditator,
quite separate from the object you are meditating upon.

Object of meditation remains in your mind as an unchanging, unwavering thought.
No distinction between Known and Knower,
between you and the world. All is one.
