who attends post-secondary school should be the same no matter the school

Requirements for graduation need to be the same everywhere
Opportunity for hands on learning for jobs that they are interested in
time(hours in a school day)
degrees to match job requirements where one degree is what you need to be certified in a job versus needing several to be able to actually achieve job requirements.
Basic needs
clothing for students to not worry about having clean clothes for school
having a place to sleep every night and getting enough hours.
shelter for students to not have to worry about where they are going after school is over
food where they don't need to worry where their next meal comes from
clean drinking water for everyone to where they don't need to worry about having water to survive.
security where the children feel safe at home and school.

benefits need to be the same so that everyone has fair chance of getting quality educators
real world experience in the areas they are teaching
requirements need to be same across the board
community/world respect as where in some countries are looked down upon
create equal pay scale
free materials where teachers are not constantly paying out of pocket for class materials
Access to Supplies
Buildings as some countries do not have buildings for students to learn in
Books for everyone as access to supplies are not always of quality in all schools
Technology/Wi-Fi availability to everyone.

Teacher Swap would allow both educators and students to teach in a different area and teach from a new viewpoint.
