Incremental Anticipatory Change;
Often incremental, resulting in constant tinkering and improvements, thus with small changes over time leading to a big change.
Incremental Reactive Change;
it the org adapts to the environment without undergoing substantial reorientation in strat or values.
Reactive Anticipatory Change;
When visionary leaders within an org, become convinced that major changes are needed even though there is no apparent crisis
Radical Reactive Change;
Shaking up or transforming conservative and stale culture in an org to turn into a more entrepreneurial org.
