Going to
When we think something is gonna happen very soon because it's very obvious.
Example: The sky is very dark It's going to rain,
Never use "going to" for a decision that comes suddenly
When we talked about plan or intentions we use "going to" not "will".
I'm going to go to Dubai.

When we talk about what we think may happen in the future. (Predictions)
It will rain later.
