There are right/wrong ways in performing certain skills
- There are level of performance in specific job
- There are specific listing of skills/behavior needed to perform a specific job.
- An open system perspective:
There are often many ways to achieve goals.
- Knowledge acquired is not necessarily link to a specific job or career
- Open - ended approach to achieve goal. There are no "prescribed" methods to go over the process.
