Personal thought on article: I personally find this article very scientifically insightful, informative at the same time encouraging for a better lifestyle. Every point that the author made came with factual evidence which makes the article convincing. As a student who is in the last semesters from graduating, depression can be at its peak of the risk. A healthy lifestyle may be too far to reach at times to times, but after reading this article, I think the trade off is a worth it. Not only will it help with depression, but it will also lead to a more efficient result of work and study.
