How do I Know: I was in band in middle school. I learned how to read music sheets and understand tempo. I also played more than one instrument. I was trumpet at first then I switched to percussion. Being in percussion, you had to understand the beat and tempo of the music even more than before. You practically had to lead everyone else in the band.

Characteristics: enjoy singing and playing instruments, recognize musical patterns and tones easily and remember songs and melodies easily

How do I Know: I always struggled to understand and accept my feelings. I started going to therapy after years of struggling and speaking to her helped a lot. She helped me find ways to understand my feelings and find ways to cope with them. I now know why it is I think the way I do. I also know how to handle my emotions and thoughts better. I know what I am and aren't capable of.

Characteristics: analyze my strengths and weaknesses well, enjoy analyzing theories and ideas, have excellent self-awareness, and I understand the basis of my emotions and feelings and the motivations I have.

How do I Know: I am a person who is always thinking or daydreaming about something. I practically live in my head. Because of this, I am able to visualize things in my head very clearly.
