Mesopotamia

I know because Mesopotamia means between the rivers. Also, an example is that two great rivers flow southward though the middle east which is call the Euphrates and Tigris rivers ( Steele 6)

On page 28 it said that their form of art was clay molds. At a point of time they invented a pottery wheel which made art more efficient. ( Steele 28)

The author wrote, They worshiped many gods/goddesses. Some areas had a main god but did believe in other ones. An example is Marduk, Enki, Nanna, Ninti, Nammu, and Inanna. ( Steele 14)
