Mesopotamia
Location: In the text it said the Mesopatapia once extended into parts of present-day Turkey,Syira and southwestern Iran.On page 6 it said that " most of ancient meseopatamia lay withhin the borders of modern Iraq." ( Steele 6 )
Religon:They belived in ghost,spirts,demons and more.They also had to give there gods gifts and if you didnt honnor them then you would die.

Art: In the text it states that Mesopatamians mastered many arts,crafts,and technology art.The text also states that " sometime before 3500 BCE they invented the potter's wheel,which made pottery production way more efficient." (Steele 28)
Writing:In the text it says 3300 bce Urk was using over 700 symbals.They would put the symbols on rocks so that others can see there message.

Govermment: In the text it states that people lived around the tigris river and their city of ahsur began to become wealthy from trading and with anatolia. The text also says in 1120 their ruler founded an empire that would
reach a certain distance, in the eastern mediterranean.

Acheitecture:In the text it says Ziggurats were made of clay by a seal. Ziggurats had an era between 2 levels and 7 levels/floors.Also the text states that Ziggurats were made out of brick too. (Steele 24)

Ancient Egypt
Art:In the text it says,"You can see the glint of gold everywhere in Egyptian jewelry- mines between the Nile and the Red sea coast yielded large quantities of this precious metal." In the text it also says "They also imported stones, from mines in the Sinai peninsula came light blue turquoise and blue lapis Lazuli to Egypt." (Hart 56)
Writing:In the text it says that there egypt writing was cept complication so that not to many people could master it.On page 34 it says "Scribes had to be experts in writing hieroglyphs ,and elaborate from the picture- writing with about 700 diffrent signs{Hart 34}
Location:In text it says that part of the land was called the red land and the other part was call called the black land.I know this becasue on page 8 it says that the black land is for the rich of the nile valley and the red land is the hot dry desert.( Hart 8)
Goverment: In the text it says,"The ancient Egyptians dated events to a particular year in the reign of a king or Pharaoh." In the text it also says "A scholar named Mantheo, who lived during the Ptolemaic era, later sorted the kings into dynasties, a system that is still used today." (Hart 66)

Location: On page 32 it says they made poets. I know this because in the text it sayys they used ti make soft ink for their ems an they made it on a landscape thing. They used to use soft brushed so it would look nice. ( cortell)
Religon: On page 26 its says they belive in 2
religons,Daoism and Buddhism. I know this because in the text it says its gentle teaching became popular and they now use it. They would also say its the best religon.

Goverment: On page 16 it said the other empire died so the Qin Dyansty took over. I know this this becasue it said in the text the empir died so quin took over china and ruled. Also anyone who didnt like him would die. I know this becasue in the text it said he grew slave borders who ever dissagreded with him they died.

Writting: On page 11 it said that Shang kings used or !cale bones to contact spirts. Cracks appeared on the orcal bones were read to discover diffrent anwsers abouth their ancestors. The orcal bones were made out of ox bones and tortoiseshells. (Cotterell 11)
Commerce/ Trade: on page 40 it says they used a drumming up trade. I know this becasue in the text it says this pellet drum was used to attract customers. They also did street trade. I also know this becasue on page 40 it aslo says people stand on the street to stand and buy. ( Cotterell)
Art: Did you know China was always known for its goods. I know this becasue it say they would use bronze, silk ,and others cool
things for crafts.Also thye would sell there merchndices to the peasents for them to work. I know this casue it says they would work for the good things. ( cottrell)
Architecture / Technology: Chinnese first paper was made from silk rags. I know this casue they text say they would use super thin sheets o it. Also they would also use bamboo sometimes. I know thsi casue it says they would tie them in a bundle and and write stories on them. ( cotterell)

Location: In the article it states "5,000 years ago, civilization changed along the Indus River alluvial plain (floodplain)", Also the article states "in South Asia, due to the fertlizer people had to rebild. In conclusion the article say "Over longs periods of time , a vast number of settlements were built on the banks of the Indus River and surrounding areas."
