GAME
Technique
Grip
Firm, and feels comfortable. Is it the optimal grip for me to get distance and release accuracy?
Spin
Generally low in the throws, not actively initiating it in my release. Not using the wrists accurately.
Steps
Decent, better accuracy with stand-stil.
Body
Not consistently engaging my core, not part of the unconscious routine. Standstill has strong pendle swing of the legs and hip.
Release accuracy
Hit tight gaps rather well, need to not use to much force in the throws. Less confident with backhand release accuracy. Forhand relase very reliable, especially when the gap is tight. If open gaps, less likely to hit right spot, probably due to not focusing on a narrowed gap.
Follow-through
Rather low, and feels inconsistent. Could use more turn of the lower body and need to keep in mind to not put the breaks on before release.
Throws
Putting
Comfortable with my putting technique, more common to miss low than high. Confidence ends around 7 meters from pim.
Approach
Most often land within 10 meters from pin when throw is max 50 meter. Power is usually accurate, but missing on release angle or disc fades of left or right.
Distance
Seldome hit intended landing zone when extending my intensity of throws. Getting par (3 throws) for holes over 70 meters is uncommon. Usually first throw is of, badly controlled.
Throw style
Backhand
Anhyzer
Fairly reliable and can count on it for a good turn over shot. Unable to keep the anhyzer until end though
Hyzer
Feel I get the flight that I want on these shots, especially when the angle is sharp.
Flat
Good first part of the flight, but fades of left around half way through. Not enough spin and speed.
Forehand
Anhyzer
No clue, have had some good turn over shots
Hyzer
Low confidence, not used much
Flat
Confident, but usually loose speed to quick and it fades left. Fairly good accuracy
