They are the heads of the whole school. They have the important job of overseeing the school community. Any issues with organization and day-to-day school life they would attend to. They ensure all teachers are meeting guidelines and students are following the Code of Behavior.
Parents
The Parents are a huge part of the school community in supporting their children through their education. They help with homework and exam prep and ensure the children get to school on time. They also make sure they have the correct uniform and stationery for school. They act as a support when things get overwhelming. They liaise with teachers on PTN to ensure their children are reaching the necessary goals and what they can do to help that
Students
They are the most important factor of the school community. They are at the center of all rules and regulations and are the next generation and each stakeholder as a job in preparing them for that as best as they can
Teachers
Teachers have various roles in the system, they are an educator, a mentor, a listening ear and a support system for students. They learn students' abilities and try to inspire them to be the best versions of themselves.
Caretaker
The Caretaker is an extremely important member of the school community. They ensure the school is nice and presentable at all times for students which creates a comfortable atmosphere. Maintaining a clean school ensures a safe environment for everyone
SNAs
SNAs are a vital part of student support. They are the key individuals for students with additional needs who need a helping hand in day to day school life
Guidance Counsellors
Guidance Counsellors are a listening ear for all students to make sure they are aware there is always someone to talk to about mental or physical health. They can also support the next step to college, exam issues, or if life is just getting too overwhelming
Governing Bodies
This is the Department of Education that set out regulations that all schools must follow. They also provide and support examinations for students in their Junior Cert and Leaving Cert year
Reception
Receptionists are vital in the organization of the school. They have an all-round close relationship with parents, students, and management. They cover admin work, take note of sickness or lateness, are in charge of getting cover for teachers on leave, and are in communication with parents if any issues arise.
Yearheads
These are teachers picked to be in charge of supporting the specific years in the school. They are the point of contact if any extreme issues arise with any students in their year group. They are also the students main point of contact if it goes beyond their subject teacher
Canteen Staff
In charge of providing healthy, cost-friendly food to all the students in the school
