Sports coach:
Roles:

Responsibilities:
Manager- motivate team, learn from mistakes. Monitor individuals development, help them to achieve their best performance
Friend- spend huge amounts of time with performers. Develop and motivate
Demonstrator- can visually demonstrate skills, improve performance, reduce misunderstanding and create a greater chance of success
Teacher/instructor- make people learn new things
Motivation- drive to want to get better. Two types intrinsic and extrinsic
Intrinsic: participate in sport for internal reasons, particularly pure enjoyment and satisfaction
Extrinsic: fucus on the competitive or performance outcome
