We need security help for bag checking in the morning from 7 :00 am - 9 :30 am . Different security personnel for boys and girls. Complete bag checking and the participants can be asked to empty their pockets . NO Body Frisking by security @ Ajay Sukhdare Sir @ Ms. Shefali

7th floor - Research room -committee UNODC 37-40 STUDENTS ; Exam Room - committee AIPPM - 30 - 32 students - Ms. Shefali + Ms. Syamala and Ms. Prachi @ 7th floor staffroom
8th floor - PDQ - committee - UNSC - 35 - 38 Students ; Room No. 51 committee - DISEC - 35 - 38 students ; Room no. 52 committee - ECOSOC - 30 - 33 STUDENTS - Mr. pankaj + Ms. Zoha +Ms. Jui + Ms. Jaspreet + Ms. Nidhi Jain + Ms. Shefali @ 8th floor staffroom
Apart from these rooms one room on 7th floor (10 A classroom) for all OC members to keep their bags, relax in between + one room for International Press room (10 B classroom )
Breakfast - 10: 20 - 10 :45 UNHRC + UNODC + AIPPM @ Cafetaria
Breakfast - 10 :35 - 11:00 UNSC + DISEC + ECOSOC + IP @ Cafetaria
Lunch - 1 - 1:30 UNHRC + UNODC + AIPPM @ CAFETERIA
Lunch - 1:30 - 2 :00 UNSC + DISEC + ECOSOC + IP @ Cafeteria
High tea : 4:30 - 5 two dispensing tables per floor on 6th floor + 7th floor + 8th floor . High tea will not happen in the cafeteria . It will happen on the respective floors

All teachers on the respective floors are requested to be on rounds in the corridor of their designated floor every 30 minutes. Please divide it amongst yourself . You may also attend any committee session as a fly on the wall if it interests you .
Any contraband items that are found in the bags of internal or external students will be asked to leave the premise then and there and be barred and disqualified from participating in the MUN competition. If the students are accompanied by a teacher external then please ask him / her to arrange for that child's safe passage home . If not please ask them to leave the premise. All students participants and organising committee have mobiles and laptops, please ensure in your rounds that they are not clicking photos, videos making reels etc . If you find any student fidgeting with their phones and vandalising Nahar space . please confiscate their phones immediately and write their names and return it in day end
Sodexo male and female staff outside washrooms on 6th , 7th and 8th floor
One male teacher staff on Saturday . Hence Ajay sir / Sodexo incharge to take the rounds on 6th , 7th and 8th floor washroom
2 registration desks in the atrium needed in the morning
All external teachers to be seated in any one classroom on 3rd floor and OC committee members to personally go and call them for breakfast , lunch and high tea . External teachers cannot attend any committee sessions
