the postholder will work closely on read and publish agreements with the Open Access and Publishing Support Specialist who leads on activities related to open access publishing, and within the National Laboratories with researchers and other library stakeholders to understand and establish user needs, external relationships will include suppliers and colleagues in other Research Council libraries
