Art may not directly solve real life problems, but it provides public discussion that can lead to solving the problem. Art create awareness.
Art can serve as a powerful medium for raising awareness and initiating conversations about social, political, and environmental issues.
self - expressionism
Artists express themselves through various forms of media such as sculpture, portraits, photography, and much more.. their artwork encapsulate their perspective in this mundane world. Their art style changes per time period, it is set to be introspective or retrospective based on their inspiration.
Artworks are used to convey subliminal or direct messages that people don't notice, artworks don't tend to insinuate as they allow perspectives to flow in a multi-dimensional route.
Artworks that fall into self-expressionism are the cornerstone of the artists emotions, feelings, and perspectives during an antroprocene (something such as the Cold War or the Spanish Flu). These artworks are unprecedented as they come from the itself, they're not referenced, they're purely the creation of the artist's.
Art is a universal language, made for people to understand. It is a self-learning journey that others can also benefit from. Art is subjective, the creator decides whether its art is considered to be an artwork.
