from what I know social work policy is the set of guidelines to help improve the wellbeing of other individuals
some areas in which social work policies can be used in is within immigration, homelessness, areas regarding mental health, and many other different areas in which reform is needed.
some examples of social work policies that we have seen are:
- helping raise minimum wage
- helping with better conditions within detention centers for immigration
when it comes to the well-being of others it typically is implied that it is to help improve the wellbeing of individuals who are being marginalized
