Problem
Over 1/3 of the global population are facing Food Insecurity (1/5 in Hong Kong), yet an amount of Food able to feed this amount of people are being wasted.
Root Problem: Most people do not empasize with the poorer population, hence does not care about their Food Security because the life of the poor does not directly affect them.
Solution
Solution: The product must effectively raise empathy in order to make the public care. This could be done through "guilt tripping" by showing something really sad. (Could be backed up by statistics)
Quantitative Data that I have researched could also be used to back up the claim. Some people feel touched when the problem is visualized in front of their face (ie. All food wasted could fill up how many football stadiums)
