Chamomile: Chamomile preparations are commonly used for many human ailments such as hay fever, inflammation, muscle spasms, menstrual disorders, insomnia, ulcers, wounds, gastrointestinal disorders, rheumatic pain, and hemorrhoids
Lavender: improve sleep, treat skin blemishes, relieve pain, reduce blood pressure, lessen menopausal hot flashes, combat fungus growth, and potentially promote hair growth.
Lemon balm: It was used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion (including gas and bloating, as well as colic).
Jasmine : Jasmine has been used to help liver damage, including cirrhosis. It's also known to alleviate abdominal pain and diarrhoea. In some cultures, jasmine is used as a natural sedative, much like lavender. Its sweet scent is known to help alleviate stress and anxiety, helping the body to unwind.
Eucalyptus: relieve congestion. Eucalyptus oil is also used in creams and ointments to relieve muscle and joint pain, and in some mouthwashes.
