Whenever students have difficulties, they put in a ticket and answer to that to resolve the issue.

if users or any ECE students have difficulties, we also entertain email.
If they don’t want to go to the helpdesk, they can send us an email and we provide guide.

they engage with students. If students have any difficulties, they can reach out to us as well. They respond mainly through WhatsApp that time.

some students find it difficult to talk to a teacher. So this unit is engagement, they are like a friend that you can tell.
Instead of sending a ticket, you can also have the student engagement involvement. They can help to channel the issue to various department.
