4 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath[a] enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
how many of us have experienced void efforts.i.e., you make efforts but you dont see a result..you do what you are supposed to do...but still not seeing anything tangible, substantiate...no traces...
But GOD's word is not like that...the word that has been planted in you will work. It would not return to him without accomplishing the purpose.

in fact...see the process the word start from GOD...goes out...it acomplishes the purpose and then it returns to him.
