- - - - A problem with the system not recognizing the limit of people with a specialty who could register for a session, so it lets anyone with any specialty in an orientation.
    - - This causes issues with orientation and causes troubles with the groups made as there are roles that might not be filled.
  - - - This exists just due to how things are done with the company. This is just odd due to the whole point of the company wanting to value the environment.
    - - Using paper documents is worse for the environment. (Harm to environment)
  - - - A problem with the process so when a user/new hire cancels then this doesn’t cancel the hotel that is reserved for that person.
    - - This causes a loss of money, and the company still is paying for the hotel rooms.
