Leadership styles
Democratic
A method of leadership where in making a decision, all employees inputs or opinions are encouraged. Every employee shares a responsibility for evaluating and the outcome of a decision.
Paternalistic
A method of leadership where employees are treated as a member of large, extended family. In return, the leader expects loyalty and trust from employees, as well as obedience.
Autocratic
A method of leadership where leaders makes all the decision by theirself and takes little to no inputs or opinions from employees
Laissez faire
A method of leadership where the leaders put alot of trust into the employees. So much trust that they don't get involved or give too much guidance to achieving the goals of the business. They believe in the employee's creativity, knowledge and experience completely into reaching the business objective.
