How insects harm us:
Insects can spread disease and some of them sting and bite us, others destroy our plants by eating it (Wigglesworth, 2023:[3]).

Activity: Children should make their own bees using pipe cleaners and straws. They will then see how pollination works using glitter and the bees they made.
Some insects are food for other animals, cross-fertilize plants, control pest insects, and provide essential substances for us (Wigglesworth, 2023:[1]).
