there are actually students who reach out, they start with library queries, then after that they also ask about their courses, flexlearn
library also wants to go 100% digital. sometimes library can’t get it in the resources, it also link up with local libraries.
Suggestion
lecturers can actually work around, maximise library resources and then put it in the course material or can actually promote it to students as well on flexlearn.
library still need to get the print.
internal staffs need to be attentive, because they tend to forget, they have their own resources, then they start writing. B the time the course materials ready, they email it to the library to purchase. And library can’t do much.

the customer service is very important. Proactive communication must be there from the management side
has to go down to the micro level. Micro level means individual lecturers, the responsibility to connect to the students
initiate all get to reach out to the students, lecturers would know better actually.
Don’t leave students just like that. Many will end up studying isolation.
