- - - - If they miss the appointment - Girls will move to "Missed appts" & update the "lead arrival date" field to the date of the missed appt
        
        **Automation Need to update the lead arrival date box so that the lead will move to MASS TEXTING BOARD after 3 days
      - If you schedule a follow up call you will place the lead back into set appointments
        
        **Automation - Leads moved from "Today's Appointments" back to "Set Appointments" will populate an update that there was an initial appt scheduled prior
      - If you sell the lead, you will fill in: Application ID, Premium Sold, Effective Date, upload Coverage Summary, Expand details of the lead, use email template to send Coverage Summary with license, mark status as "sent", and move the lead to HCC Clients board in group "Application Submitted"
        
        HCC Board will track client through approval process
        
        Once approved, we will change the lead arrival date to today's date, make sure the effective date is accurate, & mark status as "Approved"
        
        **Automation - Client will auto move to the next bucket of on our books duration & move to "Effective Date texts" 1 day prior to Effective date

- - - - Leads will sit here until a deicsion is made on the application. Marking the status as APS, Withdrawn, Decline, Partial Decline, or Approved will move leads to that respective group
