It will also allow the important elements to contrast with the rest of the page. This will also help those who are visually impaired to be accommodated for as well.
Alignment
Alignment is a key component when constructing a website as this allows the website to be easily accessible and easier to navigate. Also specific alignments such as a navigation bar are always seen at the top of the screen to assist when navigating the website. This is an example of a crucial point of alignment.
Repetition

With a variety colours and patterns on a screen, it will draw the users attention more to that, than learning how to navigate the website. It will become a distraction for the users.
Proximity
Proximity means the spacing between each of the different sections of the page as this allows a decrease in confusion. It will allow a clear break to be seen between different elements.
Technical Requirements

The first one is access to an electronic device, without this you will not be able to even open the website.
The second one is to have access to internet, all is good and well if you have a device to access it, but without some sort of internet connection, the device will be useless.

Market research also means finding out what the users wants and needs are. When building the website it is crucial for the developer to consider this as it will ensure guaranteed success if choosing to listen to the people using the website.
Technical Requirements
The screen size is adjustable to each specific device. For example if using an ipad, it should fit the dimensions of the ipad. However if used on a phone the size should be adjustable to accommodate this device as well.
It is also crucial to use key colour schemes and the Brisbane City Council logo to ensure the user is informed that this is a government run website. Key details like this will build the users trust in the government website and not mistake it for a scam.
