no nausea and vomiting

ensure claen environment
avoid fatty fluid and give fruity juice
nurse patient in comfortable position
monitor ibtake and output to prevent hydration
remove excess clothing to reduce heart
give antibiotics and analgesia as prescribed
open windows to allow body to cool down
