Perlocutionary Act:
outcome or effect that a speech act has on the listener or the recipient of the communication.

Illocutionary Acts:
These are the communicative intentions or functions that speakers achieve through their speech acts.

d) Felicity Conditions
- Necessary circumstances or criteria that must be met for a speech act to be considered appropriate
Preparatory Condition: The speaker must have the appropriate authority or capability to make the commitment.
