I have been sleeping for 8 hours every deay from 8:30 - 4:30 in order to achieve this pillar.

I have been maintaining a balanced diet with nutrients and drinking at least two liters of water a day.

I try to get some sunlight every day to try to keep myself connected with nature.

I got to the gym three times a day and do muay thai twice a week, while recovering on the weekends. At home I also do exercises to improve my posture.

Stress management is a very improtant part of my routine that is why I to the terapist every week and meditate daily.
