Warm up: warm-up jog around the area, followed by some jumping jacks. then some stretching, focusing on various leg and back stretches. Next, sit-ups to work on my upper body and core strength. To finish off my warm-up, I did some soft lunges, alternating legs in a 4-point stance. Finally, some line jumps, including side-to-side, fore-to-backward, and scissors.
