assess anterior chest wall, both breasts, chest, axillae, regional lymphatics
patient upright-check for assymmetry, nipple discharge, inversion, visible mass, skin changes like dimpling, rashes or imflammation
supine and with arm raised- use triple touch technique: palpate superficial intermediate, deep tissue, axilla, supraclavicular area, neck, chest wall.
