Create a list of the actions that you need to take, write down the pains you associated with them, write down the pleasures you associated with avoiding these actions, write down the cost of not taking these actions,finally write down the pleasures of completing these actions.
Once accepted, beliefs have the power to expand or destroy the possibilities of our present or future.
A belief is a feeling of certainty about an idea.
Permanence, Pervasiveness, Personal - Things that cause limiting beliefs

You must belive that change MUST occur, you must believe that YOU can change and you must believe that it is you THAT must change.
The brain looks for what's unique, happening simultaneously and consistently to create neural connections.
Decide what you really want and what's stopping you from having it now.
Associate MASSIVE PAIN to NOT changing now and MASSIVE PLEASURE to the experience of changing now.
Identity, leverage. - What will this cost me if I do not change? - What is it already costing me?
Pain Inducing Questions - What will it cost me if I do not change, what does it cost my family for me not to change, what is it already costing me/family?
Pleasure Associating Questions - If I do change how will that make me feel better about myself? How much happier will I be? How much better would my family feel?
Interrupt the Limiting pattern
Imagine the situation that is bothering you, 2. Take the same situation and turn it into a cartoon, 3. Think about the situation and notice how you feel about it
Create a new empowering alternative.
Condition the new pattern until its consistent
Use reinforcement, positive rewards, scheduling, jackpot reward.
Test it
Ecology Check - Make sure the old experience brings pain and the new one pleasure, align with your values and beliefs, make sure the benefits of your old pattern have been maintained.
Future Pace - Imagine the thing that would trigger you in the past, make sure you're using the new pattern instead of the old one.

Disappointment - Figure out something that you can learn from this situation, set a new, more inspiring goal that you can progress with quickly.
