Embrace Boredom
Don't take breaks from distraction, instead take breaks from focus.
Schedule in time when you're allowed to be distracted, until then no use of the distracting thing, i.e Internet. - Write it into a notepad
- This strategy works even if you need to be online often, just schedule more blocks.
- Stick to no internet outside of schedule.
If somethings is urgently needed, reschedule your internet block, but wait at least 5 minutes before doing so.
- Scheduling internet use at home as well as at work, can further improve your concentration training.

Meditate Productively
- Be wary of distractions and looping
Return to the original problem when you get distracted, and remind yourself that you were stuck in a loop when it happens.
- Structure your deep thinking
Store relevant variables, find the next step question, consolidate the gains by reviewing the answer you identified. - Repeat the process as many times as needed.
Focusing on solving a problem while doing a physical activity, walking, jogging etc.
Memorize a Deck of Cards
Imagine walking through 5 rooms in your home, in succession
In each room pick 10 items, not small like pencils, but like a table.

Be Lazy

Create a shutdown ritual after your workday, which makes sure that every incompleted task 1. Has a plan that you trust for it's completion, 2. Is captured in a place where it will be revisited when the time is right.
When you're done say a set phrase to end the ritual, e.g. "Shutdown Complete"
List all of the leftover tasks, create a plan of their completion, say "Shutdown complete".
Make Grand Gestures
Radically changing your environment, combined with a significant investment of effort and/or money
