Partnership:
A business where 2 or more people jointly own a business
Examples: Apple and Mastercard, Go Pro and Red Bull
Franchise:
A business where the franchisee buy licenses to operate the business from the franchisor
Examples: McDonald's restaurant, The Body Shop
Private Limited companies:
A business owned by shareholders who aren't allowed to sell shares to the public
Examples: Flipkart, Ola
Joint Venture:
When 2 or more businesses. together start a project with their combined capital, labor, etc.
Examples: Samsung + Spotify, Hulu
Sole Trader:
A business owed by a single individual
Example: Tradespeople, Coco-Cola
Public Limited Companies:
Business owed by shareholders who are allowed to sell shares to public
Examples Coal India Ltd. , NTPC Ltd.
Incorporate Business:
Companies which have a separate legal status from the owner.
Examples: Amazon, Microsoft, Google
