Definition:
Generally a multicell organism with specialized organelles and featuring a membrane enclosed nucleus with chromosomal DNA

Eukaryotes

VACUOLE
Vacuoles are in animals cells many small organelles around the cell
(Plant cells are one large rectangular cell.)
In animal cells they mostly hold waste
In plants they hold water and nutrients and waste and help with the shape of the cell
-
GOLGI BODY
An organelle that looks like a series of tubes with golgi vesicles attached to it
Distributes proteins around the cell through golgi vesicles
LYSOSOME
An organelle with digestive catalysts and enzymes.
Helps with disposing of bacteria and waste in vacuoles through decomposition. Also can terminate a cell by popping itself
Centriole
Microtubules arranged in a specific way, can only be seen during mitosis
For cell division and structure support
MITOCHONDRIA
An ellipsoid found within the cell
Breaks down sugar into usable energy for the rest of the cell
(Energy is stored in a molecule called ATP)
