What would you do if... 
the washing machine weren't working??
The washing machine may not be working because the drum could be jammed. I could try manually spinning the drum to see if there is any object blocking it.
The washing machine could be experiencing issues with the water supply. I would check the water connections and pressure to ensure they are in order.
Also the problem could be related to the electronic board or control card.But, I cannot fix it myself, so it would be advisable to call a specialized technician to inspect and repair it if necessary.

I could repair the water faucet with the proper tools, as well as replace the damaged parts with new ones by buying them from a nearby hardware shop.
