        Physical exam, PELVIC exam to observe & test vaginal secretions.
  - - - Patient CONSENT, Chaperone, Physical Exam ie Bimanual, Speculum, Rectovaginal, Vaginal swabs for BV, Candida, STIs, Culture & WET mount for bacteria, WBCs, clue cells
      - Microscopy for yeast or bacterial cells,WHIFF test, DNA test
      - DNA probe test for STIs eg HPV, Blood test for Syphilis, HSV
        
        Allergy testing for allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, ATOPIC Dermatitis
- - - - Any urinary symptoms(frequency, urgency, dysuria), Bowel habits changed, pain in defecation, abdominal distension
    - - Fever, fatigue, weight loss
- - - - MANAGEMENT:
        FOLLOW-UP & REFERRAL: Candida Rx with topical antifungals Gels/cream ie Clotrimazole 1%/ Miconazole 2% suppositories, Fluconazole single Oral dose
        Trichomoniasis Rx Metronidazole/Tinidazole,
        BV Rx; Metronidazole 500mg 2x--7 days, Metronidazole intravaginal applicator & Clindamycin cream at bedtime, Dequalinium is a vaginal antiseptic, Safe Hygiene, Probiotics
        Anti-biotics Rx for BV & Chlamydia; Flagyl 500 -2x--7 days
        STIs ;Doxycycline daily --1 week, Azithromycin--1 gram OD followed by 500mg 1x--2 days
