SOCIAL INFLUENCES DURING ADOLESCENT DEVELOPMENT
SCHOOL
PHYSICAL
: Teens have abilities to do many activities with friends. Teens can make appointment to do exercise or playing others.
Socioemotional
: In one day, teens are using their time with friends more than their parents. They can do many things that they can't do in their home by having teachers give advices to them.
COGNITIVE
: To practice in each academic activity to develop cognitive skills. They can manage and solve problems that are complicate more than normal.
Family
PHYSICAL
: Parents will buy or cooking food for their child to have all 5 food groups. Healthy food help stronger and can get taller or heavier.
COGNITIVE
: Family is the child's first social group. Parents are a person who teach there child about which things can do and can't do.
SOCIOEMOTIONAL
: Parents will support confidence in themself to live in society. And teach the childs to respect other and be considerate.
SOCIAL MEDIA

: Now, adolescent always use social media for example using for talking with friends online, follow the new, and many more. So when you saw something online, it will making you happy.
Physical
Social media will give the idea for someone want to control the weight or exercises. For example Youtube have many video to give the idea for the people that want to control the weight and exercise.
Cognitive
Social media have a lot of option to do for example use for searching, posting, and asking question. It make us learn because social media is where people share opinions, experience, and analyze what is happening presently which can affect you perspective on the world.
FRIENDS
PHYSICAL
: One will follow what his or her friends do. E.g. One sees another be a fan of K-Pop, so she started learning K-Pop.
SOCIOEMOTIONAL
: Teens use their time with their friends more than their families. They can share opinions with friends.
COGNITIVE
: Teens can share some thoughts and ideas with their friends. For example, goals to universities.
Summary
All factors affect a teenager’s development, like a place that supports teenagers to have more confidence in themselves. Friends make you find new experiences that you’ve never had and get some consultation that your family can’t give you. We think family is the most important role during Adolescence. Family is the first relationship that supports them and makes them independent. If they have a bad family, it will make teenagers lack self-confidence and lose themselves.
