have 1-2 parents on the planning teams that meats quarterly, to have a better idea of what resources are available within the community

students at all levels should be invovled in coming up with and planning events or activties related to the partner shool.
this is an opporutnite for studnets to learn about service that is mutually beneficialy (not just donating supplies but really getting involved and forming sustainable projects
invite 4-6 high school students to be on the planning committee, helping to come up with larger scale events, initiatives and plan yearly goals, assess outcomes
