how was the thrid week of june
this was good i rate it an 9/10 . what made the week good . I did panel base x3 a day , i did feel completed at night thanks to sunsmama , i did manifest your desiers in full and x twice for two different Goals
what habits made this week productive ?
Tuesday and wednesday I cleared my mind at the horiman muem
for the first time , i rewrote my weekly planning , on to my daily planner so i used that daily
i did have lack of concertation but managed to push through
i did go to the park and have whitespace the goggy or the lack of concertation did the effect my day
flown take sessions where I journeled
what improvements do I want to make next week?
the bedtime detox
the flown and the cave day has helped me close the gaps

clear state - wake up ready to go
2 mins version of the wishfullfies and 5 mins of wonderful
the bedtime could be adjusted
Put the Digtal detox as a goal and take steps to improve it
