- - - - This workflow will enable you to turn ANYTHING into content.
      - At this point, you have your docs and are establishing a much more structured and confident stream.
        There is ONLY a focus on the process, NOT the effectiveness of the content.
        This process builds on itself so you are encouraged to get a solid understanding and execution of any bubble before moving to the next. I've made this an easy to understand process, but it can take YEARS to get good at.
        
        INTRO TO CREATIVE
        A steady improvement of content through writing, research, and planning.
        Take what you have built and start pushing CREATIVE one element at a time.
        What are you doing/adding, and how are you making it ENTERTAINING/ENGAING for the audience?
        
        VOD REVIEW
        Watching your own stream and coming up with more moment-to-moment content.
        Write down your new material for a future stream.
        Use the "TALK-ALL-THE-TIME" discord room to add conversation/communication/commentary/humor improvements.
        
        VOD REVIEW 2 - BITS
        A BIT is a premeditated piece of material meant to get a reaction.
        Drop MARKERS during a stream for any moments of note OR if you perform a BIT.
        As you review your content, make notes of potential BITS in development. Consider putting them into LIST 1, or if they will be in active development, LIST 2.
        
        START DROPPING MARKERS
        
        SEGMENTS
        Evolve the segments you currently have.
        Consider adding more to your general roster.
        
        TIKTOK
        Take a TT Trope and develop it into Stream Content. Recreate a successful TT Trope.
        
        TIKTOK 2
        Practice your HOOK-STORY-POINT/PUNCHLINE
        
        FOCUSES
        CREATIVITY is the other focus. Have fun and enjoy yourself. Then make each other laugh and show each other a good time first.
        PRACTICE is the most important element here. Early content might be rough and rigid both in effectiveness and delivery.
        SELF-AWARENESS should now include learning what your want your show to be like.

        STAGE 3 - YOUR SHOW
        STATE of the UNION
        At this point, you've practiced a lot of smaller bits. You have/are establishing a routine that people understand. you have an environment where people can easily understand that you are here to show them a good time. ALL established using SUPERBASICS 1,2,&3
        
        You should be armed with:
        
        Lots of List 3 Bits
        
        Lots of working Segments
        
        A solid, predictable routine
        
        Larger Bits to keep people guessing
        
        A routine to turn ideas into content then into videos
        
        Tech issues are rare but quickly handled
        
        You can switch to your "ON" position fairly reliably
        
        You have a well-developed set of docs for your channel
        
        You understand what you do that people enjoy
        
        You know lots of things about your community
        
        STAGE 3+
        Doing work with the GOAL of attracting/retaining an audience begins AFTER STAGE 3 launches.

        PLAY THE GAME FIRST
        Play a game off stream first so you know what kind of content you can develop around what it offers.
        "What it is, and how are we using it to entertain the audience?"
        
        Planning Your Streams
        
        Your FORMAT stays the same most of the time. This can be the Vanilla Stream Structure discussed in SB1, or whatever you have developed along the way.
        No major routine change is made from stream to stream, outside of big events. The changes are all based on what content/segments/bits you want to pull from your INDEX (List 3) and tying it to the games/activites for that stream.
        
        STRATEGY
        As long as most of your work fits in one of these lists, you're on the right track.
        Imagine it like a skill tree defining what its like on your channel.

        This is getting to know people. Becoming a better citizen of the internet and a streamers' ideal viewer.
        Benefits are limited because you don't yet have anything to offer.
        This is for experience.

        DURING STAGE 3+
        Dramatically improved because you are looking to push your creativity with others.
        You can run direct/indirect collabs with people on the same page as you to take advantage of the byproduct of cross-pollination.
        You see that the more you position yourself as a benefit to others, the more opportunities will come your way.
        
        SPONSORSHIPS
        Because of positioning yourself as a benefit, you can now get on the radar with people/orgs/companies you may want to work with.
        
        EVENTS
        DURING STAGE 2
        Purely for the experience.
        Allows you to exercise your developing skills in different arenas.

        Can become much more complex and organized to be effective across several platforms.
