        Globally, the main GDSs are Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, System One and Book Hotel.

It is also used to establish strategies to build customer loyalty by providing them with the services and products they need, to establish rewards programs for frequent customers, to improve the recreational and complementary services offered, and to evaluate overall customer satisfaction.
