Design and evaluation of the benefits program; Document benefit policies; Coordination with TA, Happiness officer and People Partner to ensure the benefits; Benchmarking competitors to identify innovative approaches and drive continuous improvement in our benefits strategy. Also using support of AI

By: Conducting face to face checking; administering and designing and analysing employee surveys; collaborate with People Team stakeholders to execute action plans; coaching managers on engagement, motivation and providing guidance with tools and resources
KR.3: Measure impact of employee experience initiatives on trust, brand/company value, and other EEAT metrics
Objective: Drive innovation in People initiatives as a product and as a service; Company OKR: O5: enhance product quality, increase EEAT
