- the website or application should be available to OSG students and staff only to prevent any security breaches.

- Have pages with suitable links to information pages with useful information about sixth form.
- keep information as brief as possible so the viewers are not getting bored when having to read a lot of information at once.
- break information pages up into different sections to make sure that needed information is easily accessible and easy to read.
Accessibility
- the website should kept as accessible as possible for all students and staff, suitable links should be created for access to the website and different relevant sections.
- it is important for 24/7 access to be given to staff to allow them to monitor what is happening on the website.
- it is also advised that the website be given an easy name and url to ensure that access for students is kept as easy as possible.
Restrictions
- links to external sites should blocked when necessary.
- students should be restricted from being able to edit the website, this should only be the access of staff.
- regular OSG rules apply to the use of the website from both students and staff.
Enjoyable
- provide as many appealing activities as possible to increase user interaction.
- make sure there is less writing and information provided in a boring way, instead there should be more videos shown.
- make sure that each section is enjoyable and informative whilst still being kept serious and professional.
