  • the website or application should be available to OSG students and staff only to prevent any security breaches.
  • the website should be built upon being as secure as possible.
  • the website should be equipped with a suitable firewall for overall protection for the students and staff using it.
  • the website should kept as accessible as possible for all students and staff, suitable links should be created for access to the website and different relevant sections.
  • it is important for 24/7 access to be given to staff to allow them to monitor what is happening on the website.
  • it is also advised that the website be given an easy name and url to ensure that access for students is kept as easy as possible.
  • links to external sites should blocked when necessary.
  • students should be restricted from being able to edit the website, this should only be the access of staff.
  • regular OSG rules apply to the use of the website from both students and staff.

Enjoyable

  • provide as many appealing activities as possible to increase user interaction.
  • make sure there is less writing and information provided in a boring way, instead there should be more videos shown.
